Bots Temp Agency (BTA) is operated by Happiness Perfected, LLC. This notice covers the BTA public website, launch list and discovery inquiries, not separate client applications or coaching services.
Information you choose to share
The launch list collects the email address you submit for the relevant BTA launch announcement, not unrelated marketing. A discovery request collects your name, work email, service interest, and message to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement. Direct email also provides us with the information you include and the resulting correspondence.
Please do not submit passwords, customer records, confidential documents, health information or other sensitive information through public forms.
Form processing
Netlify processes and stores form submissions for BTA as the website hosting provider. Submissions also generate notification copies delivered to hello@botstempagency.com through BTA's Microsoft 365 email service. Discovery replies and direct-email inquiries use that email service; your own email provider also processes messages you send. Deleting a Netlify submission does not itself delete email or correspondence copies.
Analytics and technical information
We use Netlify Web Analytics for basic website reporting. Netlify describes this service as using CDN server logs, without analytics cookies or client-side analytics code. Reports include pageviews, top pages, referring sources, locations, missing resources and bandwidth; IP addresses are used to count unique visitors.
Netlify documents a reporting window of up to 30 days. This is not a promise of deletion from underlying logs or backups after that period. Hosting, delivery and form security also involve technical processing, including IP/domain rate limiting. We have not verified all provider log fields, other cookie behavior, tracking-signal handling or technical-data retention settings, and do not claim that no technical information is collected.
Retention and deletion
The final retention schedule and request procedure remain under review; no fixed retention period or response deadline is promised here. The deletion approach is manual, not automated expiration. Removing visible records does not establish erasure from email recovery stores, archives, backups or preservation systems subject to holds. We have not verified provider-specific final erasure or purge intervals.
Requests and contact
Email hello@botstempagency.com with privacy questions, requests to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop launch communications. No special subject line is required. Identity-sensitive requests may require proportionate verification; do not send passwords or government identification with your initial request. A marketing opt-out is separate from that verification process. Your rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law; this notice does not limit those rights.
Changes to this notice
We will post updated notices on this page and identify their effective dates. Material changes will be identified on this page, with additional notice or consent where required by applicable law. Changes are not permission for incompatible new uses of previously collected information.
